Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development expert to establish and grow comprehensive learning initiatives at SentiLink. This pivotal position will craft the learning strategy, enhance current offerings, and introduce new programs to support career growth for employees, managers, and leaders across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall learning and development strategy, pinpointing skill gaps and prioritizing impactful learning projects.
- Create, refine, and manage learning programs spanning onboarding, fraud education, leadership, and continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to assess capability needs and deliver targeted learning solutions to enhance performance.
- Lead engaging workshops and training sessions for diverse audiences within the company.
- Enhance knowledge sharing by developing scalable resources and self-service tools.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback to guide ongoing improvements.
- Own the learning function, balancing strategic planning with hands-on program delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in consulting (focused on learning, change management, or organizational effectiveness), learning and development, or talent development roles.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling learning programs rather than solely facilitating existing content.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills capable of engaging varied audiences.
- Strong project management skills, capable of independently driving multiple initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Expertise in crafting practical and engaging learning experiences tailored for adult learners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment, building programs from scratch.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, pragmatic, and execution-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startup or fast-growing technology companies.
- Background supporting technical teams or organizations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $155,000 to $200,000, supplemented with equity and comprehensive benefits.
