Position Overview

This role is fully onsite at the Tralee, Ireland location. The Learning & Development Specialist will play a key part in supporting training compliance within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) aseptic fill and finish environment, ensuring all training aligns with regulatory standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training plans aimed at compliance and enhancing workforce capabilities.
• Create training content, including course curricula and e-learning modules.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory and procedural requirements in all training activities.
• Monitor, track, and report training metrics and audit readiness status.
• Support training related to commissioning and qualification processes.
• Provide updates to operational leadership and identify any training gaps requiring attention.

Required Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, or comparable relevant experience.
• Experience working in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environments with direct involvement in training delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with aseptic operations, instructional design techniques, and audit preparedness.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational capabilities.
