This opportunity within EY’s Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting (PC) practice focuses on SAP and Systems Implementation learning management. The role involves supporting clients to align HR functions with organizational strategies while prioritizing employee experience in a complex, evolving workforce landscape. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large SAP/Systems Implementation engagements, ensuring quality deliverables, handling escalations, tracking progress, and liaising with stakeholders.
• Establish and expand instructional design capabilities in the SAP/Systems Implementation domain through leading a specialized team.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to promote instructional design services and build a project pipeline.
• Identify emerging SAP/Systems Implementation skills and capabilities based on global market trends.
• Drive instructional design efforts leveraging cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions.
• Ensure delivery excellence by conducting thorough internal reviews, gathering feedback from clients and global teams.
• Apply recognized instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick to create engaging learning content and activities.
• Optimize operational efficiency by managing risks, escalations, budgets, and planning for engagements.
• Provide strategic visual design recommendations focusing on learner experience.
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and collaborating within large distributed teams.
• Develop tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance the SAP/Systems Implementation practice.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts across GDS PC.
• Coach and mentor team members, set performance goals, conduct reviews, and support ongoing development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with 10-14 years of hands-on experience leading complex learning projects.
• Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in SAP systems, modules, and functions (e.g., SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S/4HANA).
• Substantial experience in designing and developing training for SAP/Systems Implementation.
• Familiarity with additional ERP systems like Oracle and Workday is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP EnableNow and instructional design principles.
• Strong skills in storyboarding, visual design, branding, and effective written communication in English.
• Competency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and leading course authoring and learning tools (SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe).
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple digital learning projects concurrently.
• Experience creating diverse digital learning formats including web-based courses, videos, interactive PDFs, webcasts, podcasts, nano-learnings, and virtual instructor-led training (VILT).
• Skilled in developing estimations, proposals, assessments, and evaluation methods for learning effectiveness.
• Exposure across industries and understanding of global, cross-cultural environments.
