Loan Officer

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and performance-oriented Loan Officer specializing in home loans, personal loans, business loans, and point-of-sale machine products (such as QR codes, sound boxes, and card swipe machines) to join our expanding team. This role requires a minimum of six months experience in selling home loans or similar financial offerings. The primary duties include lead generation, client relationship management, and closing loan transactions to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and identify leads for home loans using multiple methods like cold calling, referrals, and on-field visits.
• Clearly communicate loan products and procedures to potential clients.
• Gather and validate necessary documentation for loan processing.
• Collaborate with internal departments for loan approval, disbursement, and to resolve customer inquiries.
• Ensure prompt client follow-up and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• At least six months of experience in selling home loans, personal loans, mortgages, credit cards, or other loan products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of home loan products, eligibility rules, and documentation processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Capability to work independently in a goal-oriented environment.
• Graduation in any discipline preferred; candidates with relevant certifications will be advantageous.
