Key Responsibilities

• Plan and track shipments to uphold punctual delivery schedules
• Engage with drivers, freight carriers, and clients to synchronize logistics efforts
• Monitor freight transit and keep stakeholders promptly informed with real-time updates
• Compile and oversee shipping paperwork while ensuring adherence to legal standards
• Address and resolve any transportation delays, complications, or interruptions swiftly
• Work alongside warehouse and operational staff to boost delivery efficiency
• Keep detailed, accurate documentation of all shipping and delivery transactions

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination roles
• Excellent organizational skills enabling multitasking and prioritization
• Strong proficiency in both written and oral communication
• Experience with logistics management software and tracking systems such as TMS or ERP platforms
• Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and to resolve problems promptly
• High attention to detail with a commitment to precision
• A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is advantageous
