Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive technology consulting projects encompassing strategy, transformation, implementation, and process improvements.
• Lead initiatives for business and service development by spotting new client prospects and heading proposal efforts.
• Consult clients on business transformation leveraging AI, Generative AI, Cloud Technologies, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and Intelligent Automation among other modern technologies.
• Maintain high standards of project delivery, including governance, risk control, and customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
• Support practice growth by fostering thought leadership, driving innovation, enhancing capabilities, and nurturing talent.
• Guide and develop consulting teams through mentorship and skill-building activities.

Candidate Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
• 8 to 15+ years’ experience in roles related to Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, AI Advisory, or Technology Advisory.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, effective stakeholder management, and confidence in executive-level presentations.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, SAFe, and AI-focused credentials will be considered beneficial.
