Job Overview

The Mechanical Site Engineer will be accountable for the comprehensive management of projects encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The role demands ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements while facilitating collaboration among various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including detailed timelines and key milestones, utilizing scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Oversee coordination between design, production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project costs and budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that all quality and compliance standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Maintain thorough documentation and prepare periodic project reports.
• Lead the formal closure process of projects upon completion.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess strong technical expertise pertinent to mechanical engineering.
• Effective verbal communication skills with an emphasis on being soft-spoken.
• Preferred educational qualification is M-Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Design, Production, or Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience of 2-5 years in successful project execution within relevant domains.
