MEP Supervisor

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled MEP Supervisor to manage and oversee the maintenance operations of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The role involves supervising maintenance teams, planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring all activities comply with safety and quality standards.

Primary Duties

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks of MEP systems.
• Organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Manage and lead MEP technicians, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
• Conduct inspections of MEP infrastructures and resolve operational problems.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and company policies.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and generate routine reports.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• At least three years' experience in building maintenance or facilities management is preferred.
• Sound understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other related building services.
• Strong leadership qualities paired with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working in GCC countries, particularly Qatar, is considered advantageous.

Additional Information

• Contract Duration: Six months with possibility of extension.
• Location: Doha, Qatar.
