About the Role

Coke Canada Bottling is a Canadian, family-owned local bottler that focuses on building a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing workplace. In this role, you will help keep beverage products visible, well-stocked, and attractively presented in local grocery stores. The position is based in Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland and Labrador, with a schedule of more than 8 hours per week and weekend availability required. The hourly rate is $18 plus mileage.

What You’ll Do

• Restock racks, shelves, coolers, and displays by moving product from the backroom or storage area to the sales floor using manual equipment such as a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Set up, update, or remove product displays while following company standards, keeping signage in place, cleaning the display area, and separating damaged or defective items.
• Follow all store and company rules related to the backroom, display areas, replenishment, equipment use, and safety practices.
• Keep the backroom organized by sorting stock, checking and reporting inventory levels, handling damaged goods, re-packing items, arranging materials such as pallets and product shells, and completing any required paperwork.
• Maintain a tidy and sanitary work area in line with company safety and sanitation standards.
• Build respectful working relationships with team members and customers.

Physical Demands

• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and place products weighing up to 50 lbs / 22 kgs above shoulder height without help.
• Comfort with frequent kneeling, squatting, and reaching overhead.
• Ability to push and pull manual or powered equipment carrying product loads for at least 100 yards without assistance.
• Ability to repeatedly grip and handle items of different sizes and weights with good hand-eye coordination and fine motor control.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

What You Need

• You must be at least 17 years old.
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license is required.
• You need access to a personal vehicle during working hours.
• Current vehicle liability insurance is mandatory.
• You must be able to provide a clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
• At least 1 year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working with little to no supervision is preferred.
• Experience using manual or powered pallet jacks is preferred.
