Microsoft Power Platform Developer

About the Role

DM&T Innovation Labs is looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join their team on a full-time consulting basis. This fully remote position involves working US EST shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. The developer will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying business solutions using the comprehensive Microsoft Power Platform suite including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders based in the US will be essential for aligning deliverables with project goals.

Primary Responsible Duties

• Create and tailor applications utilizing Canvas and Model-driven Microsoft Power Apps.
• Implement business process automations via Power Automate, integrating with Microsoft and third-party systems.
• Develop and distribute interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Leverage Dataverse, SharePoint, and various data sources for solution construction.
• Conduct solution design architecture, gather functional requirements, and maintain thorough technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues by debugging and optimizing existing solutions.
• Engage with US teams during EST hours for requirements discussions, demonstrations, and feedback sessions.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to governance policies, security protocols, and industry best practices.

Required Skillset and Qualifications

• Demonstrated extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment along with integration capabilities.
• Knowledgeable in data modeling, API usage, and various connector implementations.
• Understanding of Azure services, security role configurations, and environment administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude with a self-driven work ethic.
• Effective communication skills suitable for collaborating remotely with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Functional Consultant Associate.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Previous exposure working during US Eastern Standard Time shifts.
