NetSuite Business Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Business Analyst located in Austin to enhance and support our ERP system. This role involves collaborating closely with Finance, Operations, and IT departments to improve system efficiency and facilitate business expansion through strategic ERP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of communication between business units, IT teams, and NetSuite implementation partners.
• Manage and fine-tune the NetSuite ERP platform, focusing on workflows, dashboards, reporting tools, saved searches, and user access controls.
• Collect and analyze business requirements to propose scalable improvements and process automation.
• Assist with ERP system enhancements, integrations, user acceptance testing, and training sessions for end-users.
• Work alongside Finance to support accounting workflows, reporting, and monthly closing procedures.
• Prepare documentation, resolve system-related issues, and coordinate ERP efforts linked to company acquisitions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum three years of experience in NetSuite administration or as an ERP business analyst.
• In-depth understanding of NetSuite configurations, including workflows, reporting functions, and financial modules.
• Knowledge of accounting practices, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Strong analytical abilities paired with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Holding NetSuite certifications is advantageous.
