Job Overview

The role of Operations Excellence Executive entails taking ownership of initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance, operational efficiency, and scalability of fitness centers. This position demands strong analytical abilities, structured problem-solving skills, and close collaboration with on-ground teams to realize measurable improvements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive operational improvement projects covering identification of opportunities, implementation, widespread adoption, and impact analysis to elevate center productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze operational and business datasets to spot performance gaps, diagnose root causes, and convert findings into impactful initiatives that enhance key operational metrics timely and effectively.
• Collaborate extensively with field teams through frequent site visits to understand challenges, facilitate implementation, eliminate bottlenecks, and secure consistent adoption of improved processes.
• Establish and standardize scalable operating procedures, playbooks, governance frameworks, and execution protocols to maintain uniform operational standards across centers.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in Operations, Business Excellence, Strategy, Program Management, or related domains.
• A proven record of leading operational improvement initiatives that have yielded significant business results.
• Exceptional analytical thinking with structured problem-solving capabilities to derive actionable insights from data.
• Track record of managing projects from problem discovery through implementation to impact evaluation.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with multiple stakeholders.
• High degree of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with a preferred familiarity in SQL and business intelligence tools.
