Role Overview

The Operations Executive position is a full-time on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The individual will oversee daily cargo and logistics operations spanning air and sea freight. Responsibilities include managing booking processes, tracking shipment statuses, ensuring precise documentation, and coordinating with airlines, shipping lines, and other service providers. Handling customer queries, delivering prompt updates, and resolving operational challenges to uphold superior service quality are core aspects of the job.

Additional Duties

• Monitoring performance indicators related to logistics operations.
• Supporting initiatives for process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry standards.
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations within Qatar.
• In-depth understanding of air, sea, and land freight processes.
• Proficient in preparing shipping documentation and managing customs clearance procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
