About the Role
This position involves working extensively with Pega Customer Service and Pega Customer Decisioning Hub platforms. The ideal candidate will have over five years of overall Pega experience with at least three years functioning as a Senior System Architect (SSA) across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Pega applications ensuring robust stakeholder communication and management.
- Participate actively in the lifecycle stages including requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment phases.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex challenges.
- Engage in Pega platform upgrades, application and database migrations.
- Utilize debugging tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, System Management Application (SMA), and Live UI for troubleshooting.
- Oversee rules management tasks including export/import operations, skimming, and bulk processing.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least three years of experience as a practicing Pega SSA across diverse projects.
- Minimum five years total experience working with Pega technology.
- Certification as a Pega Senior System Architect.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of at least one year working in international markets such as Australia, Europe, or the US.
- Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of various Pega rule types including UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integration, Agents, and Activities.
- Competence with debugging and rules management tools.
- Good SQL skills particularly with Oracle databases.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with Pega Robotics.
- Knowledge of API standards and enterprise security protocols.
- Skills in performance monitoring and enhancement.
