About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Production Supervisor to manage and oversee production activities within our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities

• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production targets to the team.
• Arrange work schedules and delegate duties appropriately to organize workflow.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor production employees to enhance their performance.
• Maintain safety by ensuring proper equipment usage and scheduling regular maintenance.
• Monitor production outputs to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance and progress.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Provide training to new staff on safe machinery practices and compliance with procedures.
• Enforce stringent safety practices and uphold company policies consistently.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 25000 INR.
