Presales Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Presales Engineer to join our Riyadh team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide essential technical support, conduct product training, lead proof of concepts (POC), design wireless and CCTV surveillance solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that solution designs meet the business requirements of customers in the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver extensive technical assistance to customers, system integrators, and end-users in both remote and onsite settings.
• Organize and lead ongoing product training sessions for customers and partners located in Oman.
• Oversee POC and IoT activities at client sites to verify project specifications.
• Design wireless networking solutions using predictive heatmaps and conduct site surveys.
• Work closely with customers, system integrators, and the sales team to offer customized solutions.
• Conduct interactive workshops and technical product demonstrations.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on heatmap designs or comparable brand solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure solutions align with customer requirements.

Product Line Expertise

• Business Networking: Leading POC activities, heatmap design, BOQ generation, techno-sales meetings, R&D coordination, and providing technical support.
• Surveillance (VIGI): Designing CCTV solutions, conducting demos at events and customer sites, preparing BOQs, delivering training, and offering technical support.
• ISP (GPON): Conducting product training, setting up labs, coordinating R&D efforts, and providing presales technical assistance.
• SOHO: Facilitating product training, solution demonstrations, IR site visits, and technical support.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Wireless Networking, IT, Physical Security; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in presales, technical support, or relevant roles within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
• Strong expertise in networking, wireless solutions, and surveillance technologies.
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Ability to collaborate and perform efficiently in a dynamic, multicultural workplace.
• Readiness to travel across Oman for customer-related engagements.
