The Process Assistant plays a pivotal role at our Fulfillment Centers in Coimbatore by leading and guiding teams of associates to consistently deliver customer orders on time while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This role involves hands-on management of operational processes and mentoring associates to uphold standard work practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to associate management.
- Assign jobs to associates based on operational needs.
- Monitor and mentor associates to improve productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
- Track inventory and resolve operational issues within queues.
- Ensure shift quality standards are met and implement action plans as necessary.
- Develop and execute training and development programs for associates.
- Conduct daily 4M (Man, Machine, Material & Method) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) audits of workstations.
- Serve as the alternate to the Area Manager when needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office tools and applications.
- Completion of high school education or equivalent.
- Preferred candidates will have over 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office products.
