Role Purpose

In the capacity of Procurement Quality Control Supervisor, you will join the Inspection Team under the POSE department. Your main task will involve facilitating the Contractor’s and Client’s quality control requirements during procurement. This role demands strict adherence to corporate policies while acquiring materials from vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine the Project Procurement QA/QC Scope, Aramco Schedule Q, and Project Specifications thoroughly.
• Provide assistance to multiple engineering disciplines regarding supplier inspections and tests during procurement.
• Ensure Material Requisitions meet all quality prerequisites.
• Review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate with vendors, Engineering, and NDT Level III specialists for the submission and approval of necessary procedures (NMR).
• Prepare and submit Inspection Assignment Packages (IAPs).
• Organize and lead pre-inspection meetings.
• Oversee inspection coverage, collaborating closely with vendors and clients.
• Liaise with third-party inspection agencies effectively.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Punch lists.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Procurement QC Supervisor in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Proficient in Root Cause Analysis and knowledgeable about Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) techniques and applications.
• Competent in IT tools such as MS Office and SAP.

Additional Information

You may be required to travel to project sites depending on assigned project scope.
