Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled product analyst to enhance our understanding and evolution of our platform. In the rapidly changing AI landscape, your analytical insights will help ensure our offerings not only satisfy but anticipate enterprise client needs. This pivotal role involves examining user behaviors, feature usage, and product fit, influencing strategic growth and innovation. The position supports hybrid work across several US hubs including San Francisco and New York, reporting to the director of analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of user adoption, engagement trends, and feature usage on our AI platform to deepen product insights.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests to guide roadmap priorities with evidence-based recommendations.
• Use tools like FullStory to detect user journey obstacles and improvement areas, providing actionable guidance to product and design teams.
• Create and maintain ELT data models leveraging SQL and dbt, ensuring robust data quality through diligent testing.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and designers to establish success metrics, rank initiatives, and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Transform complex datasets into clear, compelling stories and visualizations that enable stakeholders to make informed product choices.
• Enhance our data infrastructure by guaranteeing data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility for scalable analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a product, business, or data analyst, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software sectors.
• Expertise in advanced SQL and dbt for extracting and manipulating data, alongside familiarity with product analytics tools such as FullStory, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a record of translating complex information into actionable insights fostering cross-team collaboration.
• Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations with tools like Tableau or Looker to monitor product metrics and support strategy.
• A curious and proactive attitude that challenges assumptions and investigates root causes of product performance.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• A high level of ownership, thriving in fast-paced environments by building and scaling analytics infrastructure from the ground up.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $145,900 to $205,000 annually.
