Role Overview

As a Product Strategy Manager, you will be instrumental in steering Murphy AI's expansion into new countries, markets, and business verticals. You will make strategic decisions on product offerings and market entry, turning these strategies into scalable and repeatable outcomes. This key position operates closely with company founders, shaping the company's future trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target countries, products, and channels for business growth by evaluating opportunities and making strategic decisions.
• Lead development of new initiatives beyond debt collection, including loan servicing, receivables management, financial crime agents, and serving mid-market segments, from concept through launch.
• Leverage multi-market partnerships to build expansion capabilities, rigorously validating each opportunity based on proven success rather than ambition alone.
• Conduct in-depth problem-solving by interviewing industry experts and developing deep expertise to address complex challenges such as regulatory compliance, unit economics, and channel profitability with effective solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Analytical and innovative thinker with a proven track record of successfully launching new markets, products, or functions (0→1), ideally from prior experience as a founder, strategy leader, or product manager.
• Outcome-driven with exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity, developing clear plans and maintaining high standards while delivering swiftly.
• Possesses a STEM degree with top academic performance and excellent numerical and technical rigor.
• Expertise in AI application, maintaining uncompromising quality standards by recognizing and preventing automation errors or sloppiness.
• No prior debt collection or fintech experience is required; aptitude for rapidly learning new domains such as regulation, financial unit economics, and market dynamics is expected.
