Job Role Overview

Joining Wolt’s Marketing Innovation team—a global group of over 300 members across areas like Performance Marketing, CRM, Media, Brand, and Local Marketing—you will serve as a crucial partner to the Head of Marketing Innovation. This role is not a traditional administrative position but a pivotal multiplier of impact, ensuring the entire marketing operation stays streamlined, aligned, and outcome-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective meeting structures and reporting systems to minimize update time and maximize decision-making focused on trade-offs and business impact.
• Manage the team's operational cadence, organizing monthly all-hands meetings and leadership offsites with clear agendas, and ensuring action items are tracked and executed.
• Ensure adherence to global playbooks and quality standards, bridging strategy with practical execution across markets.
• Assist in talent planning including recruitment priorities and project staffing adjustments in line with evolving technical and business requirements.
• Simplify complex data and technical progress updates into concise briefs or presentations for executive stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve organizational silos and process breakdowns proactively to protect business metrics.
• Drive people-centric initiatives to cultivate a strong team culture and career development opportunities within Wolt.

Candidate Expectations

• Possess over five years of relevant experience in operations, strategy, project management, or growth marketing within fast-growing technology companies.
• Skilled at navigating global, matrixed organizations and fostering alignment across multiple senior leadership teams without direct authority.
• Demonstrate an ownership mindset with the capability to build organizational structures and culture in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
• Exhibit strong commercial insight, focusing on meaningful growth metrics like incrementality, payback, and sustained business value beyond superficial data.
• Have excellent communication skills, adept at filtering essential information and presenting key decisions to executives.
• Experience in organizational design or people operations, passionate about building career frameworks and nurturing a high-performing culture.
• Comfortable with analytical tools and technical project roadmaps, capable of critically assessing functional plans.
• Favor simplicity by eliminating bureaucratic hurdles to accelerate team productivity and effectiveness.
