Role Overview

The Program Supervisor acts as the onsite leader ensuring a seamless, hospitality-centered Fooda experience at a client location. Serving as the principal contact for clients, consumers, and vendors, this role focuses on smooth daily operations, swift issue resolution, and upholding Fooda’s quality standards. The position also involves cultivating strong relationships with restaurant partners, communicating expectations, and ensuring they are positioned for success. Operating largely independently, this role combines hospitality expertise, operational insight, and client relations to maintain high satisfaction and trust in Fooda’s services. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Account Manager, the Program Supervisor is critical to the success of Fooda’s onsite programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day onsite execution to ensure Fooda programs run punctually and with a hospitality-first approach.
• Act as the main onsite liaison for clients and their employees, fostering trust through consistent communication and prompt problem solving.
• Provide onsite assistance and guidance to staff or coordinators to maintain alignment and preparedness for service.
• Collaborate with restaurant teams for daily setup, communicating expectations, and resolving any operational challenges.
• Monitor customer experience closely by identifying trends, addressing concerns, and escalating issues to the Senior Strategic Account Manager when necessary.
• Manage operational components such as menus, point-of-sale updates, signage, daily flow, and presentation standards.
• Influence and support the vendor restaurant network through feedback, reinforcement of standards, and ensuring strong performance.
