This role involves overseeing schedules, deliverables, and effective team collaboration in a highly regulated government contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program management tasks for a U.S. Navy customer, ensuring alignment with deliverables, project timelines, milestones, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee communication between Navy personnel and contractor teams.
• Manage risks and monitor project performance to ensure objectives are met.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven history of leading teams within Department of Defense or Navy-related environments.
• Possession of a Secret clearance or higher is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
