Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves managing entertainment projects with an emphasis on planning, execution, and delivery. The Project Manager will organize project schedules, monitor progress, manage budgets, and allocate resources to meet established goals. Daily responsibilities encompass tracking timelines, identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations, and collaborating closely with production, finance, logistics teams, and external partners. The role also includes facilitating effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the Project Manager will aid in expediting and inspection processes, ensure smooth logistics operations, and contribute to ongoing enhancements in project management procedures within the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Competence in project management practices including planning, coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with expediting tasks to oversee deliverables, follow up on pending assignments, and guarantee timely completion of project activities.
• Inspection capabilities to conduct quality assurance, verify compliance with standards, and assist in reviewing project outcomes.
• Proficiency in logistics management to coordinate materials, services, and resources across different sites and timelines.
• Strong organizational skills, time-management, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with working in cross-functional teams, preferably in entertainment, media, or related fields.
• A relevant bachelor's degree such as Business, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
