Project Support Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support project management activities, monitor project progress, follow up on deadlines, assess risks, address challenges, and report status regularly.
• Coordinate the flow of creative work from concept briefs through artwork delivery, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget by liaising with creatives and vendors and preparing timelines and cost estimates.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams, fostering strong interpersonal relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist the Partner & Project Management team at The LEGO Agency Asia in Singapore, acting as the primary interface between the LEGO Agency Shanghai and business unit marketing partners.
• Translate marketing business goals into campaign requirements and operational plans for the APAC hub, working closely with planners and creative teams to deliver high-quality outputs to consumers and shoppers.
• Contribute to identifying and implementing more efficient workflows in collaboration with the regional PPM and global project management teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess strong project management skills and practical knowledge of project management tools.
• Effective communication capabilities.
• Collaborative nature with leadership skills in team settings.
• Experience or background in agency or marketing environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and content management is a plus.
• A curious and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Additional Information

The LEGO Agency Asia serves markets including China and APAC, focusing on comprehensive campaign development from strategy to in-store solutions, especially emphasizing China. The Project Support Intern will be based in Singapore within the LEGO Agency Partner & Project Management department.
