Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Engineer (Quality Associate) to join our manufacturing unit located at Kempalinganahalli, Shivagange Road, Nelamangala, Budihal, Karnataka 562123. This role is critical in ensuring product quality in the die casting and plastic molding component manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product inspections focusing on both visual and dimensional aspects.
- Operate and handle various measuring tools including Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, attribute gauges, air gauges, and TPG.
- Apply sound knowledge of inspection methods, measurement techniques, and GD&T standards.
- Develop and review quality standards, inspection reports, and quality plans effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings accurately.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and coordination.

- Ability and willingness to stay near the plant location.
- Medically fit to meet job demands.
- Adhere strictly to work discipline covering safety and quality norms.
- Communicate daily work progress to the Client SPOC or Project Leader.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly Gross CTC: ₹26,000; In-hand Salary: ₹22,000.
- Food allowance provided; no room allowance; no transport facility.
- Six working days per week, with Sunday off.
- Work shift rotates between A & B shifts with 8 working hours per day excluding breaks.
- Attendance bonus of ₹500 per month for 100% attendance.
- Additional benefits include PF, ESIC, and on-role employment status.
- Free training on various quality tools to build career growth in the quality department.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational background: ITI, Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive or Production engineering.
- Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years in product quality inspection.
