Quick Commerce Executive

Role Summary

The Quick Commerce Executive will oversee comprehensive operational activities across leading quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and Zepto. This position ensures seamless dispatches, efficient purchase order handling, and appointment-based delivery coordination while maintaining precise tracking of POs and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) to guarantee prompt order fulfillment and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities on quick commerce channels including Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and Zepto.
• Plan and manage dispatch schedules to meet delivery deadlines consistently.
• Handle purchase orders by creating, verifying, and reconciling them for accuracy.
• Monitor the status of purchase orders and GRNs to confirm proper closure of transactions.
• Coordinate appointment-based delivery operations by working closely with warehouses and logistics partners.
• Ensure adherence to platform-specific standard operating procedures and delivery timelines.
• Identify and resolve issues such as dispatch discrepancies, shortages, or delays.
• Maintain comprehensive records and generate reports on PO, GRN, and dispatch metrics.
• Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Practical exposure to quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and Zepto preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch and supply chain processes.
• Experience in tracking and reconciling purchase orders and GRNs.
• Familiarity with managing appointment-based deliveries.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for effective data tracking and reporting.
• Excellent coordination, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to operate efficiently in a dynamic, deadline-sensitive setting.
• A minimum of one year experience in quick commerce or e-commerce operations.
