React JS Developer

About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT services and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced React JS Developer to join their Hyderabad team. The role involves developing front-end applications with a focus on responsive design and optimization for various devices and browsers. The candidate will contribute to digital transformation projects and help deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new user-facing features and develop reusable React components for future scalability.
• Optimize components to ensure maximum performance across all web platforms and browsers.
• Diagnose and resolve critical issues, providing timely support as needed.

Technical and Behavioral Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience in building responsive web pages using Bootstrap or similar frameworks, including medium to complex application development.
• In-depth knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Saga, or Redux Thunk, and experience with middleware or React Query's useQuery hook.
• Familiarity with module bundlers like Webpack.
• Ability to develop and consume RESTful APIs to ensure smooth front-end and back-end integration.
• Practical knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Karma or Jest.
• Experience using code versioning tools like Git or Bitbucket.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Good communication skills and capability to analyze requirements effectively.
