Role Summary

The Remote Data Analyst role involves gathering, processing, and interpreting business data to enable well-informed decisions across a variety of departments. This position requires creating reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and offering actionable insights to boost business effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Aggregate, sanitize, and authenticate data from diverse sources.
• Examine extensive datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and potential growth opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards and regular reports using business intelligence platforms.
• Produce data visualizations tailored for both executive and operational team consumption.
• Track critical performance indicators and communicate findings through routine reports.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, finance, and customer service departments.
• Ensure the reliability and accuracy of all data and reports.
• Provide data-backed advice for ad hoc analyses and various business initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in business analytics or data analysis roles.
• Strong command of SQL and Microsoft Excel functionalities.
• Familiarity with leading BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Preferred knowledge of Python or R programming languages for data processing.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
• Capacity to function effectively in a fully remote setup.

• Experience working with CRM systems and customer-centric analytics.
• Understanding of best practices in data visualization techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data infrastructure is a plus.
