Team Gladiators Co. is an expanding retail and distribution company specializing in natural health and wellness products across India. They partner with Wellwith, a premium wellness brand known for Himalayan Sea Buckthorn-based products.

Role Summary

The company seeks a Retail Store Manager to supervise daily functions at the Wellwith Store in Kothapet/Begumpet, Hyderabad, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing inventory, and fostering sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily store activities efficiently ensuring smooth operations.
• Engage professionally with customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high satisfaction rate.
• Train, guide, and monitor store employees by setting expectations and providing on-the-job coaching while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat visits.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies, track daily to monthly sales data, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• When foot traffic is below expectations, actively contact online leads with a goal of making 80 to 120 calls per day depending on walk-in volume.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and overall store appearance according to company guidelines.
• Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and safety regulations and company policies within the store.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering store performance, customer traffic, lead conversion, and revenue results.

Candidate Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate in any field.
• At least one year experience in retail or store operations preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with billing software is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English is desirable.

Employment Details

• Work location: Wellwith Store, Kothapet/Begumpet, Hyderabad.
• Six working days a week.
• Shift timing from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Monthly salary between 18,000 and 20,000 INR plus performance bonuses.
