About the Company
SENRI Limited is a Japanese ICT startup focused on a mobile sales automation platform called SENRI. The product is designed to improve how enterprises operate and to help strengthen distribution networks across Africa. Since 2015, the company has expanded its service and customer base in Kenya, Uganda, and Nigeria, and it is now looking to grow its presence in Ghana with a multinational team.
Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative for Ghana, you will support revenue growth and market expansion by finding prospective customers, making the first contact, arranging meetings, and helping move opportunities toward conversion. You will represent SENRI in the Ghanaian market and help connect the business with potential B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and approach potential B2B customers from different industries.
- Use phone calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify leads.
- Arrange sales meetings and product demos with decision-makers.
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline to support monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Share timely and accurate market feedback to inform product direction and business strategy.
- Keep prospect, lead, and deal records updated in the CRM or database.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff, onboarding, and post-sale customer success.
- Stay current on SENRI’s product updates, features, and industry developments so you can present the value proposition clearly.

- Comfortable delivering persuasive presentations.

- Working understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
Qualifications and Experience
- A first degree from an accredited university is required.
- Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or customer success, ideally within technology or SaaS.
- Prior success in prospecting, acquiring clients, and closing deals in Ghana will be a strong advantage.
Working Conditions
The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30 to 17:30, and is fully remote. The position includes a 6-month probationary period and operates within an agile working culture.

This is a contract opportunity based in Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana, with remote working arrangements.
