Egnyte is looking for a Sales Development Representative focused on the MENA region to help expand new business and customer revenue. The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with remote flexibility and an in-office presence required for at least three days each week.

What you'll be doing
- Building outbound prospecting programs using sales plays, research, and tailored outreach.
- Partnering with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Solution Engineering to refine messaging, share market insights, and adjust campaigns.
- Handling both inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification.
- Reviewing, qualifying, and routing leads with Account Executives while keeping discovery notes and contact data accurate and current.
- Working toward weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI and pipeline goals, along with conversion targets.
- Supporting Account Executives across a large volume of accounts.
- Developing strong knowledge of Egnyte’s product portfolio to explain value and capabilities clearly to customers.
- Using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong to manage opportunities and sales activity.
- Traveling to customer and partner locations, internal on-site meetings, and trade shows or conferences when needed.
- Maintaining the ability to work remotely while also attending the office at least three days per week.
Candidate profile
Egnyte welcomes experienced applicants as well as high-quality early-career candidates from varied professional backgrounds.
Preferred experience includes business or sales development, work in the IT or cybersecurity space, phone-based selling, experience in a sales environment, and use of Salesforce.
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required; French, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, and/or Tagalog are considered an advantage.

Compensation
Pay will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, relevant background, and the specific needs of the role. Full compensation details will be discussed during the interview and hiring process.
