Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Sales Engineer position is based in Dubai. The chosen candidate will oversee the entire sales process for turbocharger MRO services, identifying business prospects, preparing proposals, and following up on quotations. Daily responsibilities include assessing customer technical requirements, recommending customized solutions, and cooperating with internal engineering and service teams. The role involves customer site visits, delivering presentations on products and services, supporting contract negotiations, handling inquiries, coordinating technical assistance, and maintaining accurate sales and account records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in sales engineering, particularly solution selling, with an ability to communicate technical capabilities in terms of customer value.
• Experience in technical support, understanding turbocharger or rotating equipment systems, and assisting customers with technical challenges.
• Strong sales and customer service skills focused on relationship management and timely follow-ups with a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical information effectively to varied audiences.
• Educational background in Mechanical, Marine, or related Engineering disciplines; familiarity with MRO or the marine/offshore industry is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to customer locations within Singapore and neighboring regions when necessary.
• Competency in CRM software and standard office tools for managing opportunities and documentation.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
