Role Summary

The Sales Manager will join the Cluster Sales team supporting both Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, this key role drives revenue across both properties through strategic sales initiatives and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the hotel’s sales program aligning with the commercial strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with the Meetings and Events team for account coordination and event meetings.
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities including sister properties, spa, vouchers, and F&B outlets.
  • Support and train junior corporate and commercial sales staff, exemplifying professional standards.
  • Create and implement direct sales plans aimed at fostering new business growth.
