  • Respond immediately to critical incidents such as fires or violent events, ensuring safety and proper management.
  • Act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders to provide employee security support.
  • Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation with strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) within a reputable organization.
  • Certifications or training in GSOC/command centre/control room operations are advantageous.
  • Additional certifications in risk management, crisis management, and advanced computer proficiency are beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of security technology and applications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, capable of preparing concise and visually clear reports.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and local languages relevant to the Operational Centre location.
  • Reliable, disciplined, punctual, honest, and able to manage high-pressure situations with swift decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as collaboratively within a team.

Working Conditions

  • Role requires regular use of computers and operating office equipment.
  • Occasional reaching, lifting small objects, standing, sitting, and walking throughout shifts.
