Role Responsibilities
- Your primary responsibility will be to achieve operational excellence across designated cities. This includes selecting and training new partners and enhancing the quality of existing partners. The role demands hands-on operations management.
- You will lead strategic growth projects within the category that focus on enhancing service quality and innovation of offerings over time.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid and seamless execution of initiatives.
- You will be entrusted with ownership of the assigned business segment and have significant influence over its development.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or strategy-related roles.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects with the ability to influence outcomes.
- A strong work ethic complemented by smart problem-solving skills.
