Key Responsibilities

• Execute operations aimed at modifying materials' physical characteristics, including heat treating, plating/coating, straightening, and hardness testing.
• Operate and ensure maintenance of equipment like heat treat furnaces, hydraulic presses, spray painting apparatus, and plating baths.
• Utilize precision measuring devices, such as hardness testers, to confirm adherence to quality and engineering standards.
• Adhere strictly to instructions provided through engineering specifications, blueprints, or verbal directions.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one key discipline related to material conditioning.
• Experience with heat treating and coating methods.
• Typically requires a minimum of two years' relevant professional experience.
