Senior Program Manager - Process Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to spearhead an extensive transformational initiative aimed at redesigning and modernizing third-party diligence and vendor onboarding procedures. This remote position is based in the U.S. and offers a unique chance to lead enterprise-wide change by collaborating across diverse departments including Legal, Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, Data Governance, and Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a comprehensive enterprise transformation program focused on third-party diligence and vendor onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement the program's roadmap, establish milestones, governance structures, and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Design and refine future-state operating models, governance frameworks, and standardized business workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Legal and Procurement teams to enhance contracting processes and shorten review cycles.
• Set up governance forums, steering committees, decision-making protocols, and accountability measures.
• Foster cross-functional cooperation among various stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, Security, Privacy, Compliance, Data Governance, and business units.
• Define and monitor performance indicators, service level targets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead pilot projects, assess outcomes, and formulate recommendations for enterprise-wide rollout.
• Prepare strategic presentations and status updates for senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 10 years experience in Program Management, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, or Operating Model Design.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in developing governance frameworks, steering committees, and decision-making processes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead projects without formal authority.
• Experience optimizing complex business processes spanning multiple functions.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple program workstreams, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
