Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and dependable systems that support essential product workflows.
• Deliver robust, high-quality code balancing speed and technical diligence.
• Identify and address risks related to system reliability, taking ownership of uptime, monitoring, and performance.
• Utilize state-of-the-art AI technologies to craft innovative and user-friendly experiences for clinicians and patients.
• Perform comprehensive code reviews and offer technical guidance to raise engineering standards within the team.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least two years of professional experience thriving in demanding, quality-focused environments.
• Proven ability to develop production-ready systems end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python; experience with large language model-powered applications is advantageous.
• Adaptability across the software stack and eagerness to learn the latest technology trends to deliver results.
• Thrives in an environment valuing autonomy, ambiguity, and responsibility.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work onsite in New York City five days a week.
