Store Executive

About the Role

PVP Doors Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Store Executive to manage store operations at their Chengalpattu location. This role requires handling material inspections, inventory maintenance, and ensuring smooth coordination between various departments within the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting all incoming materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintaining updated inventory records using ERP or Tally software platforms.
• Issuing raw materials to the production floor according to requisitions efficiently.
• Conducting regular stock verification and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
• Ensuring proper storage conditions, labeling accuracy, and adherence to FIFO inventory procedures.
• Collaborating closely with Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams to streamline operations.
• Preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), stock reports, and management information system (MIS) reports for inventory control.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety within the store area, following 5S workplace standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in store or inventory management.
• Educational qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficiency in ERP and Tally software applications, with good skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in manufacturing sectors such as uPVC, Aluminium, or building materials is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary in the range of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.
• Eligibility for Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) benefits as applicable.
• Paid leave entitlements provided.
