About the Role and Company

Key Responsibilities
- Play a role in defining Coca-Cola’s strategic vision by supporting the development and implementation of business strategies aimed at sustainable growth.
- Perform market and competitor analyses that guide strategic planning decisions.
- Assist in preparing business cases for product innovations, acquisitions, and market expansions.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure strategic objectives align with operational activities.
- Analyze performance indicators and provide actionable insights to foster continuous enhancement.
- Participate in long-term planning and strategic project efforts.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
- Legal authorization to work in Germany is mandatory; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Availability to commence on October 1, 2026, with commitment to a 38-hour work week over a 12-month period.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for Coca-Cola’s brands and values and exhibits curiosity, agility, creativity, and a strong desire to learn and impact a high-performance, diverse environment.
- Team-oriented and inclusive, with effective relationship-building skills.
- Capable of analyzing and interpreting data, skilled in strategic planning and organization, proficient in Microsoft Office, innovative problem-solving, and adept at communicating strategic concepts while managing multiple tasks.
