Supply Chain Director

About the Role

We are hiring a Director of Supply Chain to lead and transform the supply chain function for a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer (DTC) consumer brand generating mid 8-figure revenue. This is a remote opportunity based in the United States offering an annual salary between $160,000 and $180,000, complemented by a 10% bonus and excellent benefits.

This position requires a proactive leader who can take ownership of the supply chain gaps, design effective solutions, and implement improvements independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all factory purchase orders, cultivate and maintain supplier relationships, and oversee inbound logistics including freight, customs, and receiving processes.
• Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) operations by setting service level agreements (SLAs), conducting performance assessments, auditing invoices, and executing corrective actions when necessary.
• Drive demand-driven replenishment strategies and inventory allocation across multiple channels including direct-to-consumer, Amazon/Walmart marketplaces, and wholesale.
• Monitor outbound shipping efficiency and costs, ensuring smooth execution of wholesale and EDI orders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years' experience in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
• Proven experience operating in an omni-channel environment covering DTC, marketplaces, and wholesale channels.
• Demonstrable ownership and management of factory and third-party logistics provider relationships rather than executing predefined plans.
• Background in establishing supply chain processes from the ground up within lean, high-growth settings.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Shopify, Power BI, and NetSuite is advantageous.
