Technical Program Manager - Global Network Delivery

Overview

Google invites candidates with work authorization in Singapore to apply for the role of Technical Program Manager focused on global network delivery. This position demands a proven record in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects within telecommunications or data center infrastructure domains. The role centers on overseeing network infrastructure capacity delivery, tackling technical challenges, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to successfully implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver programs related to network infrastructure capacity.
• Resolve technical concerns regarding network port capacity, physical cabling, equipment capacity, scheduling, and logistics.
• Facilitate collaboration among technical experts to formulate and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen partnerships with internal cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Detect process inefficiencies and communication gaps, leading initiatives for process enhancement and optimization.
• Develop and manage master schedules and Bills of Materials to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in program management roles with proven accomplishments.
• Preferably, over 3 years managing large-scale projects.
• Experience operating within complex organizational frameworks including PMOs, geographic dispersion, and shared accountability environments.
• Knowledge in co-location/data center operations, network engineering, electrical, industrial or mechanical engineering disciplines.
• Familiarity with data center, networking, telecom, and supply chain logistics fundamentals.
• Strong quantitative analysis, presentation capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
