Job Overview
We are seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter based in Bengaluru to support US staffing and IT recruitment requirements. This role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and liaising with US teams to manage HR and recruitment projects across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and post job openings on various platforms such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to align candidate profiles with job needs.
- Perform professional assessments via telephone, evaluating candidates' skills, experience, availability, salary expectations, travel/relocation willingness, and overall fit.
- Work closely with US-based teams to support HR and recruitment projects in diverse sectors.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in US Staffing or IT Staffing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of domain-based and technology-based recruiting processes.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques to identify suitable candidates via multiple sourcing channels.
- A proactive and timely approach to recruitment in a high-demand, fast-moving environment while managing multiple open job requisitions efficiently.
- Preparedness to work night shifts to accommodate all US time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST).
