Technical Support Specialist - Immediate Joiner

About the Role

Join a leading B2B MNC within the Telecom sector as a Technical Support Specialist based in Greater Noida. This full-time, onsite position requires working 10-hour rotational shifts with two weekly off days. The role demands immediate joiners only and excellent communication skills. Salary is offered between 3,25,000 to 5,50,000 INR annually, supplemented by incentives and allowances for day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding IT Service Desk support to end-users across various IT hardware, applications, and processes.
• Document, update, and escalate technical issues promptly to higher support levels.
• Assist with IT onboarding for new users ensuring smooth setup and transition.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams on systems testing, integration, and regular maintenance tasks.
• Identify and advocate for implementation of new IT business tools and process improvements.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow across other domains within IT Business areas.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Any graduate eligible to apply.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven customer service aptitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable and efficient working independently in a diverse, global environment.
• Robust troubleshooting abilities covering software and hardware, including Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft environments.
• Readiness to work 24/7 rotational shifts on-site with scheduled days off.

Additional Information

• Location: Greater Noida (Noida candidates preferred).
• Salary brackets: Grade 4 – 4 to 4.6 LPA, Grade 5 – up to 5.6 LPA.
• Includes shift allowances and performance incentives.
• Work structure: Work from office only.
