Job Overview

JNB Bearings Private Limited is seeking to hire a Telecalling and Sales Support Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves interacting with existing customers regarding their bearing product needs and providing sales assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact current customers to discuss and identify their requirements for bearings.
• Manage customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp messages, and email communications.
• Generate and dispatch quotations to customers accurately and timely.
• Follow up on sent quotations with the aim of converting them into confirmed orders.
• Liaise with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order handling and processing.
• Maintain updated customer records and follow-up actions within Zoho CRM software.
• Support basic digital marketing efforts utilizing platforms such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Canva for promotional activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal communication abilities in Tamil and English languages; proficiency in Telugu or Hindi is advantageous.
• Familiarity with fundamental computer operations, especially Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
• Prior experience or knowledge of Zoho CRM is beneficial.
• Positive mindset along with eagerness to acquire new skills.
