Position Overview
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Telecalling Team Leader to join our office-based team, focused on driving target achievement and ensuring high team performance. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary package along with performance-based incentives. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the telecalling team to meet and exceed sales and customer engagement goals.
- Motivate team members to maintain optimal performance levels.
- Track daily calling metrics and productivity of team members.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Address escalated customer queries by providing effective solutions.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in telecalling and team management roles.
- Strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and manage a motivated team.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage and report generation.
