Telesales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team at Diet & Wellness in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset to effectively convert leads into enrollments by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and suggest suitable wellness programs.
• Proactively follow up with potential leads and successfully convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
• Maintain excellent communication and persuasion abilities to engage clients effectively.
• Utilize previous telesales, telecalling, or sales experience to meet performance goals.
• Adopt a target-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Establish contact with potential clients primarily through telephone communication.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 15000 to 25000 INR.
