Role Overview
We seek a proactive Time Keeping System Analyst possessing both IT proficiency and functional knowledge in time and attendance management systems. This role entails configuring systems, resolving technical issues, maintaining documentation, and contributing to future system implementations and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage all aspects of time and attendance systems such as rules, workflows, and policies.
- Convert business requirements into precise system configurations.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems.
- Collaborate extensively with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and external vendors to address and remedy issues.
- Develop and upkeep system documentation including standard operating procedures and workflow charts.
- Participate in system selection processes, implementations, and version upgrades for platforms like UKG/Kronos and Workday.
- Drive continuous enhancement and optimization of timekeeping systems.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proven expertise in timekeeping and workforce management platforms.
- Hands-on experience configuring system parameters such as rules, logic, and policies.
- Strong IT background combined with effective logical problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues autonomously.
- Sound knowledge of HR and payroll workflows.
- Familiarity with UKG (Kronos), Workday, or similar systems.
- Exposure to system implementation or migration initiatives.
- Basic skills in project management are advantageous.
Educational Qualification
A graduate degree is required.
