Onboarding Specialist - Fully Remote

We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist focused on Training, Learning & Development (L&D) to join on a contract basis. This remote role offers an hourly compensation ranging from $80 to $120.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated outputs according to specialized domain-centric quality criteria.
• Detect errors related to facts, aesthetics, and overall presentation.
• Deliver clear and well-structured written feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to uphold quality and consistency standards.
• Operate independently and asynchronously ensuring deadlines are met and that AI models’ quality is continuously improved.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in training, onboarding, or L&D functions.
• English language proficiency at native or professional fluency levels.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with particular expertise in Slides.

• Preferred: A master's degree or higher from a respected university.
